Induction Meeting for parents This meeting will be held in the YMCA and not the nursery. The meeting will commence at 1.15pm. It is important that all new parents attend this meeting.
Curriculum
In Millington Nursery School we aim to provide each child with the opportunity to realise their full potential. We aim to provide a happy, exciting and stimulating environment, which will encourage children to flourish in the 6 areas of the nursery curriculum.
In all areas, children are encouraged and supported by adults. Our activities are planned but are flexible, allowing children to follow their own interests and develop at their own pace. The 6 areas of learning are interwoven into the areas of play in each classroom.
We also plan for individual interests and respond in a spontaneous way to possible learning opportunities as they arise.
