What a fantastic final week we’ve had in Nursery—packed full of fun, laughter, and sunshine as we celebrated a brilliant year together!
We kicked off with Football Fun Day, where the children came dressed in their favourite football kits and sports gear. It was great to see so many teams represented! The children have had a brilliant year learning football skills with Coach Katelyn, and this was the perfect way to show them off.
Next up was our Hats and Shades Day! Even though the sun didn’t make an appearance, that didn’t stop us from enjoying the fun. The children came dressed in their coolest hats and sunglasses, bringing the sunshine with their smiles instead!
We also enjoyed a lovely Teddy Bears’ Picnic, where everyone brought along their favourite cuddly toy. We shared snacks, sang songs, and even went on a bear hunt in the playground!
Our Hawaiian Summer Party was full of tropical joy, with hula skirts, leis, and bright shirts everywhere. Mrs John led us in some sunny sing-alongs on her ukulele, and we all had a go at learning the limbo. Aloha fun for everyone!
To top it all off, we ended the week with a special treat—a bouncy castle and a visit from the ice cream van! There were big smiles and even bigger jumps as we celebrated the end of a wonderful nursery year.
